A distinguished, well-defined logo can help a community stand out from neighbors while communicating their distinct brand. For the PARC Group Schoolyard logo design, we wanted to create a logo that reflects the existing PARC Group brand while still ensuring that the Schoolyard community can stand alone. As we developed this logo, we created variations inspired by schoolhouse imagery, each one drawing the eyes to a different component of the logo. The final logo design uses white space to create a crisp, appealing design, which we completed with the schoolhouse imagery. The finished product uses familiar imagery to encourage brand recognition in the future.

The PARC Group is dedicated to environmental preservations, livability, and sustainability.
In addition to creating The PARC Group Schoolyard logo design, Doohickey also created marketing materials for other PARC Group communities, including Crosswater at Nocatee and River Landing at Nocatee. We also designed The PARC Group Schoolyard sitemap flyer, which features the Schoolyard logo as an essential component of the design.
