As a versatile print marketing material, flyers can have a number of practical uses. From advertising an upcoming sale or new products to inviting potential customers to forthcoming events, flyers are an effective method to communicate with customers. They’re also a great way to have some fun with enticing, charming designs. For the PARC Group Schoolyard sitemap flyer design, we aimed to create a flyer that was both informative as well as engaging enough to attract potential homeowners. The finished creation uses the logo we developed for the community paired with a detailed pavilion we designed. The additional textures add a level of depth to the design to really help each element stand out.

We also designed The PARC Group Schoolyard logo, which became an intricate component when designing the PARC Group Schoolyard sitemap flyer design.
