As Crosswater adds more neighborhoods, we design more individualized logos. Giving The Parc Group Anthem Ridge Community Logo Design the same layout and fonts but changing the icon and overall color keeps it unified and unique.
Crosswater at Nocatee is a housing community in Ponte Vedra, FL. The Nocatee communities are the third best-selling in the US. A variety of symbols were used when designing this to create a meaningful visual that represents the community. The Parc Group Anthem Ridge Community Logo Design was completed using a feather with free flowing strands, almost giving the logo a sense of movement and weightlessness. The unorganized pattern along the edges makes for a vector graphic that is clean but still resembles reality with a more organic look to it. The symbol also acts as a symbol of peace which is important when creating a welcoming atmosphere to a neighborly community.
The hexagon was used as a based to give a study foundation to the logo design that represents the stability provided in the community. An inner stroke resides in the hexagon which connects to the feather, almost making it seem as though the logo is being written with it.
