For the Beazer Homes flyer design series, we used imagery inspired by the holidays to create compelling, lively marketing materials.
Beazer Homes needed themed flyers for a variety of events held throughout their many communities. The catchy headlines in addition to the bright colors communicate a sense of fun and excitement. These crucial marketing materials encourage potential buyers and current residents to get involved and experience special offers and promotions. Some of the year-round themes these flyers covered included seasonal events, pool parties, VIP parties, and more.

They have operations in Arizona, California, Deleware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. They seek to provide homes that stand for quality, innovation, and craftsmanship. These flyers capture that mission in a series of professional yet playful designs.
