The Crosswater at Nocatee logo design was inspired by an “old-fashioned Americana” look. Our designers considered a “white picket fence, apple pie” theme as they created variations of the final design. Throughout our work, we also incorporated architectural elements that would be visible throughout Crosswater community homes. The various exterior elements the community uses through their American architectural style houses also influenced the final logo design.
The logo features a near-teal blue to reflect the “water” portion of the community name. The font is bold, yet includes subtle embellishes to create a sense of flow. Once the Crosswater portion of the logo was finalized, we then incorporated the Nocatee logo and coloring underneath to tie the communities together. The two colors complement one another to create a clean, eye-appealing design.
Crosswater at Nocatee is a housing community in Ponte Vedra, FL. The Nocatee communities are the third best-selling in the US. We’ve also worked on logo designs for The PARC Group Pioneer Village Community Logo Design and the Envirotone Logo Design.
