Larger than life villains, cool tech gadgets, riveting chase scenes; the James Bond films have it all. For the NEFBA Laurel Awards sponsorship flyer design, we wanted to show guests that the Laurel Awards sponsorship levels have it all, too. Using the 007 theme for the event, we created a flyer that conveys numerous portions of information matched with a fun, eye-catching design.
To start, we used the 2018 Laurel Awards logo we created for the event, which we coordinated with the iconic James Bond gun barrel whirls. Using these two elements, which are also featured in our invitations and banner ads for these events, created a cohesive brand identity throughout the marketing materials. As a result, guests to the event are more likely to recognize Laurel Awards branded materials by the design alone.
To keep running with that theme, each of the sponsorship levels is named after a James Bond film. In addition to acting as a familiar callback to the films, naming the sponsorship levels also adds an organizational element to the design. By putting the sponsorship levels in red, we created a contrast to the black and white design. As a result, we’re able to draw the eyes to each of the sponsorship levels in a tiered structure.
The annual Laurel Awards event celebrates the best and brightest real estate marketing professionals in Northeast Florida. Hosted by the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA), the event honors companies and individuals in real estate sales and marketing for their accomplishments over the past year.
